About GRRA

The Grosvenor and Regency Residents Association (GRRA) was formed by residents with the support of the Residents’ Engagement Team at Westminster City Council (WCC), at the first Annual General Meeting (AGM) in July 2019. Your Residents Association (RA) Committee members were elected on the same evening.

The current Committee members for 2024/25 until the next AGM in March 2025 are:

  • Louise Rice – Chair

  • Annika MacFarlane – Vice Chair

  • Julia Touloumbadjian – Secretary

  • Vita Jar0mlikova – Treasurer

  • We have three further committee members from across the estate

Members are welcome to apply to join the committee at any time up to a maximum of 15 committee members, after which we go to elections. No experience required. If not already a member, please fill in the membership form on the website.

The Committee is governed by rules and regulations set out in our constitution. The Committee supports our community as a whole and organises events for residents. Under the GRRA Constitution, the Committee meets on a monthly basis and during the year organises three Open Meetings, including one AGM for all members.

We are committed to improving the quality of life within our community as a whole for everyone.   Our aims are:

  • representing residents’ interests

  • to build a collaborative partnership and improve communication between landlord (WCC), who manages the Grosvenor and Regency estate, and the residents

  • to make this corner of Westminster as pleasant and as friendly a place as possible

  • to restore and enhance the historic Grosvenor and Regency Estate for a sustainable future

What is a Residents Association (RA)

A Residents Association (RA) is an elected group of voluntary Committee members (including tenants, shared owners, leaseholders, renters and homeowners – anyone over 18 at the same address) who live in a neighbourhood/estate.  They meet on a regular basis to deal with concerns that affect their local community such as improving the social, communal facilities and to conserve or improve its environmental advantages.
